Privacy policy

How CPQ Pro collects, uses and protects the personal data you share with us, in line with the GDPR.

Who we are

CPQ Pro is operated by its founders, Ionut Militaru and Alen Todorov. The full company details appear on every proforma and invoice we issue.

You can reach us about your data through either founder's LinkedIn profile, linked at the bottom of every page, or by replying to any email we send you.

What data we collect

When you join the launch list we collect your work email, company name, role, industry, team size, how you make quotes today and how many you send each month.

When you reserve a founding seat we also collect the number of seats, your company's legal name and registration or VAT number, and the payment method you chose.

If you arrived from an advert, we record which campaign brought you here, taken from the link you clicked. We don't store your IP address with your answers.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

We use your details to contact you about the launch, on the basis of the consent you give in the form.

We use reservation details to issue your invoice, take payment and give you access, because that is necessary to carry out the reservation you asked for and to meet our accounting obligations.

We use the answers about your company to decide what to build first, which is our legitimate interest in making a product that fits.

How long we keep it

We keep launch-list details until 12 months after launch, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

We keep invoices and payment records for as long as accounting law requires.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored on a server we rent from DigitalOcean. If you pay by card, the payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see your card number.

We don't sell your data and we don't share it with anyone else.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to either founder and we'll act on it within 30 days.

If you believe we've handled your data wrongly, you can complain to your national data protection authority. In Romania that is the ANSPDCP.
