Founding seat terms
The terms for reserving a founding seat for CPQ Pro before it launches.
What you are buying
A founding seat gives one person access to CPQ Pro for six months, starting on the day the product launches. CPQ Pro is still in development, and we plan to launch in December 2026.
The price is €19.99 per seat, paid once, plus VAT where it applies.
Paying and invoicing
You can pay by card or by bank transfer against a proforma invoice. A seat paid by transfer is confirmed when the payment arrives.
We issue an invoice to the company you name in the reservation.
Refunds
You can ask for a full refund at any point before launch and during the first 30 days after you receive access. Reply to any of our emails to ask, and we return the money within 14 days to the card or account you paid from.
If CPQ Pro has not launched by 31 January 2027, we refund every founding seat in full without you having to ask.
What the product includes
At launch CPQ Pro includes price-list import from Excel and CSV, a product catalog, a quote builder with live margins and discount limits, and quote links that clients can accept online.
It is a new product, so features may change, and some things may not work perfectly at first. We'll tell founding members about any change that matters to them.
After the six months
Nothing renews automatically. We'll tell you the regular price at least 30 days before your six months end, and you choose whether to continue.
Your data
The price lists and quotes you put into CPQ Pro belong to your company. We use them only to run your account, and we delete them if you ask or if you leave.
